Vibrant economies don’t just happen. They require the collaboration of leaders from government, business and civil society. While sound infrastructure is critical, this along is not enough to create a competitive and sustainable economy. It is the interactions between firms and institutions (government, academia) that allow for information, ideas and contacts to flow.
